Use of the Site

The Orkindo platform
The Site presents the Orkindo enterprise AI agent platform. Access to and use of the platform itself is not granted by these terms: it is governed by a separate written agreement between Orkindo and each customer, including its own service levels, security commitments, and data processing terms. Trials are offered to qualified businesses under those agreements.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by Orkindo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos mentioned on the Site (such as integration and model providers) belong to their respective owners.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Product capabilities, availability, and metrics described on the Site do not constitute a contractual offer; contractual commitments are made only in written agreements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orkindo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
